Reporting a Defect:
If you find any defect in the product upon delivery, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Clear photos showing the defect.
3. Video showing the problem.
4. Order details (order number and delivery date).
Evaluation and Resolution:
We will check the defect upon receiving your email.
If we confirm the product is defective, we will process a replacement or refund according to your choice.
Conditions:
Photographic and video evidence is necessary in case of returns
The product should not have been used and must have its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
